Mumbai: The International Road Federation (IRF) expressed concern over the death of Cyrus Mistry, former chairman of Tata Group, in a road accident near Palghar in the state.Despite being an “expensive” SUV, the IRF, a worldwide organization dedicated to safer roads, expressed concern about vehicle safety, alleging that the vehicle was not able to save the passenger.
