Alia Bhatt recently responded to criticisms of her latest film, Brahmastra. While Ayan Mukerji’s film received mixed reviews from reviewers, its opening day at the box office was successful. During a media interview on Thursday, Alia said the audience has the right to criticize, evaluate, or praise the movie.
In order to promote the movie, Alia, Ranbir Kapoor, and Ayan Mukerji travelled to Ahmedabad on Thursday. There, the trio watched the movie with several fans and journalists. A question regarding negative reviews of the movie was answered by Alia after the screening.
Alia said, “We only have one life and only two options. Whether we choose to think about positivity or negativity is up to us.”
“We try not to divert ourselves from the negative questions asked by media. Audiences are entitled to criticize, review, express opinions, and give feedback. Positive things are more likely to be encountered than negative ones. “The release of Brahmastra has been a positive experience, otherwise how has it set the box office on fire,” Alia told Entertainment Tonight.
