On July 22 morning at 9am, the Central Board of Secondary Education released the CBSE 12th results 2022 with a 92.71% pass rate. Bulandshahr DPS girl Tanya Singh has emerged as a CBSE topper in the CBSE results 2022, although no official merit list has been released yet.
DPS principal has confirmed Tanya’s status as a CBSE topper for Term 2. CBSE Term 2 results had been awaited for a long time.
As per the CBSE 12th result 2022, 1,34,797 students secured more than 90% marks while 33,432 students scored above 95% marks.
Since no CBSE Class 12 merit list has been released by the board, it is not sure whether Tanya Singh is the only CBSE topper of Class 12 this year.
FINAL MARKSHEET ON BASIS OF BOTH TERM 1 AND TERM 2
CBSE has prepared the final marksheet on the basis of both Term 1 and Term 2 marks. The CBSE 12th result or the scorecard contains the marks obtained during the academic year, including internal assessment, project work, practical exams and pre-board results.
As per CBSE, Term 1 papers got a 30% weightage while Term 2 papers got a 70% weightage for theory papers.
On the other hands, for practical papers, CBSE took a 50-50 approach.
HOW TO CHECK CBSE RESULT 2022
Students will be able to check the CBSE Term 2 result 2022 for Class 12 from the Digilocker app and website and the official websites – cbseresults.nic.in and cbse.gov.in.
