New Delhi, Aug 22 The Union Ministry of Corporate Affairs has given Tarun Bajaj the additional charge of secretary. According to an order issued by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) on August 22, the Competent Authority has approved the assignment of additional charge of the post of Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs to Tarun Bajaj, lAS (HY:1988), Secretary, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance. The appointment will take place until a regular incumbent is appointed or until further orders are issued, whichever is earlier.”
In April 2021, Tarun Bajaj became the revenue secretary under the Ministry of Finance.
In accordance with a government circular, Bajaj had been given the additional charge of economic affairs secretary until August 12.
