A Vande Bharat express train was flagged off in Una, Himachal Pradesh, by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday.
In this state, which will soon go to polls, this is the first Vande Bharat train.
It will run on all days except Wednesdays between Delhi and Amb Andaura, a senior railway official told HT on Wednesday. The video of PM Modi flagging off the train was tweeted by union minister Bhupender Yadav.

It will take three hours to travel between Delhi and Chandigarh with the new service. From the national capital to Himachal Pradesh, it would take around five hours.
