Over 21,000 youth were given appointment letters by the state government in merely eight months, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann announced today.
At Municipal Bhawan, the Chief Minister addressed a crowd of 603 newly selected employees, including 476 clerks, 68 Junior Engineers (Electrical) and 59 Junior Engineers (Substation).
The state government provided so many government jobs to youth in its first eight months of office for the first time in the history of the country, he said.
