Talib Hussain, a Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist arrested in Bengaluru in connection with the targeting of Hindus in the Valley, has been charged with murder.
Police in Jammu and Kashmir arrested him.
“Police will keep an eye on people’s movements,” Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai said in response to the arrest of the terrorist in Bengaluru. “The arrest happened earlier in Bhatkal. Now the Jammu and Kashmir police have made arrests in Bangalore. We have extended assistance.”

According to the Inspector-General of Kashmir Police, two terrorists were involved in Rahul Bhat’s murder – one has been neutralised and is being pursued by the police. In Amreen Bhat’s murder case, two terrorists were identified and neutralised. In Vijay Kumar’s murder case, terrorists have been identified and will be arrested or neutralised soon.
Vijay Kumar, a bank manager from Rajasthan, was shot dead in Kulgam on June 2. Terrorists fired upon the man who worked for the Ellaquai Dehati Bank in Are, Mohan Pora, in Kulgam district in South Kashmir. He was shot right outside his office. He was taken to a hospital where he later died.
Earlier, Amreen Bhat, a TV artist from Budgam, died after Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists opened fire at her in the Chadoora area.
